We provide web design, development, SEO, and related digital services as described in an agreed proposal, statement of work, or written communication. Scope changes may require a revised timeline and additional fees.
You agree to provide accurate, timely content, approvals, access credentials, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these items may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Fees, payment schedules, and any deposit requirements are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payments are due as agreed. Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date.
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables specifically created for your project. Lucas Golden Enterprizes LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and general know-how.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lucas Golden Enterprizes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any refund is handled according to our Refund Policy. You remain responsible for fees for work completed and approved expenses incurred before cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
